Hello, darlings! I hope the full moon treated you well. Some of the changes I’ve been feeling have been more in my physical body. I’ve noticed a difference in appetite, sleep, and mood. I’ve noticed that my emotions have been more balanced since last week. The Sun’s current position could be contributing to a more grounded standing. When our sun or moon is in this position, it’s a great time for self-care. Take time to do the things you enjoy. Spend some time outside when the weather feels good. Connect with nature when you might not normally do so. It’s a good time to ground before the next solar eclipse on April 30th. (Keep an eye out next week for a post on the eclipse!)
